H-200 H-201 Jeans pull printing paste 

 The drawing is a new simple discharge printing paste series, printed patterns or after the wet-hot oven to get the desired effect Fu. 

 Process: 
 Printing press hot 150 degrees 10 to 15 seconds (or baking 130 degrees 3 to 4 minutes) washing 
 Instructions for use: 
 Pull white denim jeans colored pull recipe recipe 
 H-201 pull printing paste 80 ~ 90% H-200 pulling 85 ~ 90% of the printing paste 
 Indian pink cowboy pulling jeans pulling 10 to 20% powder 15 ~ 10% India 
 Curing agent 2% 
 Resistance to pulling color kinds of X%

 Process operation: 
 Pressing hot hair color: 150 degrees 7 to 10 seconds after the pressure lift press about hot plates, hot few seconds and then continue to press the OK. 
 Require high color fastness of the product, plus 5 to 10% solid pulp jeans, 1-2% crosslinking agent or curing agent will be better fastness. Emulsion slurry can adjust the consistency. 
 Tip: 
 According to the thick and thin denim to determine the number of printing, generally a thin denim print 4 to 6 knife scraping to the desired effect can be sudden. See thicker denim printed 2 or 3 times meeting each time scraping four knives. In short to India through the fiber better. Just pull out the yellow side, turned white after washing.
